We first saw this 6'4" athletic wing play late in the high school season at Liberty Christian and immediately liked his game. He is a versatile defender, very good positional rebounder, and can really impact the game in transition. Boyd is an excellent slasher and right hand driver in the half court that creates difficult matchups for the opposition. We recently debuted him at #87 in our Prep Hoops Indiana Class of 2028 Prospect Rankings. He played very well against Yorktown on Thursday morning at Ball State.

We already had Clark ranked as a top prospect in Indiana's Class of 2028, but the 6'3" guard was a major stock-riser this spring jumping all of the way up to #7. He reiterated why we are so high on him on Thursday at Ball State. In just a short viewing we watched him rattle off seven straight points for Hamilton Southeastern making a three-point shot behind a ballscreen, knocking in a tough mid-range shot through some contact, and then using his size and athleticism to finish a drive at the rim. His offensive game is really starting to pop.

There was some serious buzz surrounding Coolman's play at Ball State on Thursday. Fittingly, the 6'5" point guard earned an offer from the Cardinals before he left campus. He was shooting the ball at a high level from three-point range and dishing out beautiful passes to teammates all over the floor per usual. Coolman is really fun to watch.

Noblesville turned in some impressive performances on Thursday with Kirk playing especially very well in a matchup against Blackhawk Christian. He had his jump shot dialed in making an early weak side corner three off of a kickout. Kirk then curled a handoff into an impressive pull-up jump shot and made another wing three later in the game. He showed some passing ability as well consistently hitting the roll man for assists in their ballscreen continuity offense. Under-the-radar rising senior guard.

One of the new Ball State staffs' first order of business was offering this 6'9" rising junior center a month or so ago. Kiteka played extremely well in a morning game on Thursday finishing with 26 in a win for Cloverdale. He displayed his strong hands and finishing ability around the basket offensively while also controlling the game defensively at the rim. It will be interesting to follow his recruitment heading into Charlie Hughes and the July live periods.

We continue to be impressed with his rising junior post player this spring and summer. Magsamen was excellent once again on Thursday at Ball State for Noblesville scoring it in the post and on the roll in a variety of ways. He has such excellent footwork inside primarily scoring via quick baseline drop steps or strong post moves over his left shoulder. Look for him to have a breakout junior season for the Millers.

Between the IBCA Top 100 last Friday and the Ball State High School Shootout on Thursday we've seen Trammell play very well twice recently. He is a major stock-riser in the Class of 2027. Trammell projects as an elite three-point shooter. The rotation on his shot is beautiful and pure. He also has sound footwork with the ability to make shots on the move. The 6'2" guard also has length as a finisher when driving to the basket.
