Witte made waves this winter with his pure shooting. He has a microwave type effect, where he can heat up in a hurry with consecutive makes. It's his calling card as a prospect, but it's also clear he's put the time in the gym to expand his all around game. Starting to really develop a nice bag of moves that allow him to create the space,. Hitting crossovers with smooth gathers, or creating space with stepbacks to hit in the mid-range and from beyond the arc. But the exciting part of Witte's development might not just be his shooting. He's getting stronger and more explosive, as evident by a near poster dunk he had earlier this week. Already established as a top tier shooter, if he keeps developing his ability to get wherever he wants on the court, Witte could soon be one of the best scorers in the 405.

Lowry hits threes in flurries and with strong efficiency. Even when he's identified as the main man by the opposition, he keeps slipping open and cashing out from deep. Is simply an assassin from beyond the arc. Is an off the ball floor spacer by trade, but given team need for Community he's also helping with the ball handling duties. In a recent game watched, he was smart and strong with the ball. Understanding how to pass through pressure and not trying to force the dribble. It will be interesting to track his development into an all around guard. As in the game watched on Tuesday, he had an unflappable type feel for his age.

Ferguson is a good all around scorer, but with the way he was shooting it at UCO team camp has him as one of the top shooters in Oklahoma. Caught him in a Tuesday afternoon contest against Varnum where he was toying with the defense. It started with the gravity he created with his ability to hit from well beyond the high school three point line. Which the range was also demonstrated with a DEEP game winner against John Marshall this week. Since starting high school, Ferguson has been a promising shooter. With a good bag of moves to create separation or slip to the rim. This spring has indicated he might be reaching a new level as one of the top shooters in 2028.

Walther has been hitting big shots since stepping onto the court as a freshman for the Wardogs. As a sophomore he continued to establish his shooting bonafides. Including hitting five triples against the 4A State Champs Cascia Hall. And an ultimate clutch moment when he drilled a deep, contested look in a playoff game against Oologah. Not only did that game winner prove Walther has ice in his veins, it also was a text book movement style make. As he caught and turned with one fluid motion into a nothing but net swish. Don't sleep on this northeastern Oklahoma standout to shake up a Class 4A that will have a wide open feel this winter.

The Okarche Warriors have been the standard bearer in Class A for the last three years, and even after the graduation of an outstanding senior class the cupboard is not bare. Enter Sumrall, who is a dead eye shooter with a silky jumper. He was a valued role player last winter for Okarche, often heating up in a hurry from deep. Now he's looking to make the junior year leap with a bigger role the tradition rich program. The still growing guard has stepped up this June, including recently hitting 8 threes against a strong 6A progran. Sumrall will be one of the must watch shooters this upcoming high school season.
