He is extremely athletic, jumping out of the gym with ease and not being afraid to attack the rim and dunk on opposing players with ease. He plays off two feet, staying under-control and knows his play style. He did a lot of scoring and was able to do so from all 3 levels. He is strong with the ball and finishes at the rim at a high level. He understands the game really well, being able to keep his eyes up to find open teammate and play off two feet in the paint to stay balanced and under-control. Given his solid fundamentals, Fred is a very effective player in the paint.
