18 New 2028 Prospects Added to Updated Rankings

The rising junior earned his way into our updated rankings following an impressive spring with Local Legends. He can really make shots from the beyond the arc and is equally effective in the midrange. Pleasants uses his strength and athleticism to get into the paint and is adept at finishing off of two feet.
