Nobody does content and event coverage like Prep Hoops. We are in the gym every single weekend throughout the spring and summer not just covering our own events, but also hitting some of the top circuits across the country. During this spring live evaluation period we had boots on the ground coverage at both 3SSB Session II in Mishawaka, Indiana and UAA Session II in Hamilton, Ohio. As always, we will be highlighting top performers and producing a ton of content over the next several days from our time spent at these events. Here are some of the top prospects that we saw on Friday at UAA Session II at Spooky Nook in Hamilton, Ohio.

[program_tooltip program_id='2077017' first='Grand' last='Rapids Storm'] 16u has been a fun team to watch this spring. They won the Bill Hensley Memorial Run N Slam title and turned in an excellent weekend at UAA Session II as well. Bascom, a versatile 6'4" left-handed wing, was a standout when we watched on Friday. He scored a team-high 14 points in a win over a good Progeny team. Bascom can score it in a variety of ways showing off good catch-and-shoot skills and the ability to attack closeouts off of the bounce.

Foster has a unique style of play that features a good deal of versatility for his size. He is a 6'5" wing that handles the ball like a guard, but finishes around the basket like a forward. We were able to see him make several impressive plays off of the bounce for Progeny 16u on Friday night at UAA Session II. His ability to drive it from the perimeter and then finish over and through smaller defenders around the basket makes him a very difficult matchup. Foster remains a top prospect in Indiana's Class of 2028.

Every time we check in on this young big man he seems to show significant improvement. We've been following Kiteka closely since his freshman year due to his obvious size and upside, but now he is starting to really put it all together. He finishes well around the basket, continues to move better and better, and remains one of the top shot blockers in the state of Indiana. Kiteka scored 17 points while dominating the paint on both ends in a win for Indiana Jammers 16u when we were in attendance on Friday.

This 5'9" point guard from Delta High School chose a good time to play some of his best basketball. Lynch was excellent on Friday afternoon scoring 21 points in a win for Indiana Jammers 16u at UAA Session II. He was consistently effective playing off of a ballscreen hitting several tough jump shots in tight windows. His shooting ability, both in the mid-range and from beyond the arc is what really stood out.

There is no denying Parker's ability to score the basketball. For a small guard he does such a good job of playing with pace and creating separation so he can score it from all levels of the floor. He can create his own shot from beyond the arc, he hits tough pull-up jump shots, and he is an effective and creative finisher against size when he attacks the rim. More and more scholarship level programs should watching Parker with [program_tooltip program_id='2075551' first='Indiana' last='Game'] 17u heading into the summer.

Drake was the most recent school to offer this talented guard from Missouri heading into the live period and he had many schools in attendance at all of his games for KC Run GMC 16u at UAA Session II. The left-handed playmaker was excellent when we watched him on Friday afternoon showcasing a quick, downhill burst and solid shooting ability from the perimeter. Good things happened when he had the ball in his hands.

We don't spend a lot of time watching prospects until they officially become freshmen in high school, but with Sanderson playing up two years at the 16u level for [program_tooltip program_id='2075551' first='Indiana' last='Game'] we have had a chance to see him play a few times this spring. The 6'2" guard went off on Friday night while we were watching at UAA Session II. He hit several three-point shots, showed off his athleticism when attacking the basket, and was very sound as an on-ball defender as well. Look for him to make an instant impact at the varsity level as a freshman wherever he ends up next season.
