[player_tooltip player_id='1874863' first='Izayah' last='Cook'] - Cook is a six-foot-four-inch 2027 Wayzata and [program_tooltip program_id='2075674' first='Minnesota' last='Heat'] GVR wing that is one of the more impressive one-on-one players in the 2027 class. When Cook makes up his mind and goes to the rim hard he's a tough player to stop. Combined with off the dribble shooting Cook can be a real force offensively.

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DYatPWNuhbV/?igsh=MXN2c2dmeGEzbTFkYw==

[player_tooltip player_id='2754699' first='Gavin' last='Ahrendt'] - Ahrendt is a six-foot-five-inch 2027 forward from Sergeant Bluff-Luton, Iowa playing for Siouxland Sports Academy. Ahrendt showed to be one of the better front-court players at Stomping Grounds in a game against Real Phenom. Ahrendt displayed back to the basket ability while also being able to face up and enough athletic ability to throw down a baseline cut early in the first half. He was active inside on the boards and moved well laterally.

[player_tooltip player_id='2114193' first='Jackson' last='Wells'] - Wells is a six-foot 2027 guard for Siouxland Sports Academy from Lemars, Iowa. Wells attacks off the dribble well in the half-court and transition. As the lead guard and point for Siouxland he moved the ball in the flow of their offense and showed good aggressive on ball defensive ability.

[player_tooltip player_id='2405556' first='Tre' last='Lovelace'] - The six-foot 2027 Simley and Real Phenom Horn guard had an up and down game against Siouxland Sports Academy. Lovelace showed some ability getting to the hoop off the dribble and spotted up he managed to make two 3-pointers.

https://youtu.be/4ph8zBznC2s?si=2s0mMdsvSGjJAfmG

[player_tooltip player_id='2421164' first='Ryan' last='Miskowicz'] - Miskowicz is a six-foot-seven-inch 2027 forward from Eagan and [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] Sabin that showed good ability to catch in the paint and finish quickly around the rim. The Eagan forward is an active rebounder, floor runner and looked to do all the work that a team wants from a front-court player while also being extremely productive scoring for Fury Sabin against Rapid City Venoms.

https://youtube.com/shorts/kM-QXRa4dJY?si=8RmzbiIUzYBjIUYO

[player_tooltip player_id='2353671' first='Derek' last='Thompson'] - Thompson a six-foot-five-inch 2027 forward from East Ride and [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] Sabin. Thompson didn't flash in a big way but he certainly shined in ways that contribute to winning basketball. Thompson had a number of deflections for Fury Sabin and loose ball pick-ups and showed enough athletic ability of the potential he has on the floor.

Talton Hawk - Hawk is a six-foot-six-inch 2027 forward for Rapid City Venoms from Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Hawk showed good size and strength and he showed he could bring the ball up the court if needed. Inside around the basket he converted a few times and he moved decently well for his size.

https://youtu.be/7magd1o1nY8?si=x7F4nWf6nN24Q7uX

[player_tooltip player_id='2491720' first='Alex' last='Stueven'] - Stueven is a six-foot-two-inch 2027 guard from HLWW playing for [program_tooltip program_id='2075674' first='Minnesota' last='Heat'] PBB. All season at the high school level Stueven proved to be a tough perimeter player to guard when getting downhill because of his broad size. Stueven utilized that Saturday late driving through contact and finishing for the game winner for Heat PBB. Stueven showed a bit of his shooting ability as well.

https://youtube.com/shorts/nagx1KGl9kI?si=q5mXC50JKpVP0gqA

[player_tooltip player_id='2140669' first='Miles' last='Braxton'] - Braxton is a 2027 guard from Shakopee and Hoop Habits White that shined when I caught part of his Hoop Habits game Saturday evening. Braxton seemed to control the ball well enough as a guard and showed good quickness and toughness defending picking up multiple steals.

https://youtube.com/shorts/ZpatAV6RXRk?si=SX1C0J2yTyWrADu_

[player_tooltip player_id='2874892' first='Izaiah' last='Davis'] - Davis is a six-foot-four-inch 2027 wing that plays for [program_tooltip program_id='2075496' first='Grassroots' last='Sizzle'] Coleman and is from Highland Park high school. Davis showed much more athletic ability than much of the competition he faced, scoring 46 points in 2 games Saturday. Much of Davis's work came in transition and driving to the basket. He did display some spot-up shooting ability and a dribble pull-up in the mid-range.

https://twitter.com/i/status/2055897693814190216

Chase Sheldon - Sheldon is a six-foot-two-inch 2026 guard playing with Hoop Habits White this weekend and Sheldon looked considerably stronger than during his senior year at Elk River. Sheldon, who is committed to Crown College in Minnesota, showed a quicker shot release on the perimeter and I liked the confidence in shooting the ball from the perimeter. He looked quicker and his movements looked more polished than during the year.

Izayah Cook Izayah Cook Izayah Cook 6'4" | SF Sauk Rapids-Rice | 2027 State MN - Cook is a six-foot-four-inch 2027 Wayzata and Minnesota Heat GVR wing that is one of the more impressive one-on-one players in the 2027 class. When Cook makes up his mind and goes to the rim hard he's a tough player to stop. Combined with off the dribble shooting Cook can be a real force offensively.
