The 2029 class in Oklahoma has produced some outstanding individual performances over the past couple of weeks. With a lot of attention on the 2027 class, we wanted to take some time and highlight a few more freshmen that are building momentum on the prep circuit heading into their sophomore seasons. This is a group to keep an eye on as they have been playing at a very high level recently.

LuGrand has been on a tear this summer for [program_tooltip program_id='2387159' first='Southern' last='Ties']. The 6'3" guard most recently stood out in PRO16 competition. Jace is an extremely versatile player that can play both off the bounce and as a perimeter shooter. Jace can also make an impact on the glass. Both intensity and effort drive his a ability to "out-rebound" his frame at times. Look for the freshman to continue to showcase his balanced offensive attack over the next month.

Noles played very well for his Legynds squad at EYBL Session III in Kansas City this weekend. Luke saved his best game for his last. He shot 5-6 from the floor, including a perfect 3-for-3 from long range. Noles finished with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists in total. His 34 points over three games saw him finish the tournament averaging a solid 11.3 points per game.

Millhouse has also been a spark for his [program_tooltip program_id='2387159' first='Southern' last='Ties'] squad the last month. Jeremiah is at his best when he can get down and attack the rim. He loves to put pressure on defenders in pick-and-roll situations and has shown an ability to finish through contact around the rim. He loves to work left to right off the bounce and has a mid-range jump shot that has been working for him as of late.

Robinson had a very good 3SSB Session II for Southern Assault. The 6'3" wing loves to shoot from the corners and has had a solid stretch from 3-point land. Defensively, he loves to mix it up and has been all over the floor fighting for loose balls. His length continues to prove to be a problem for opposing teams as he has consistently forced turnovers when pressuring in full court situations.

Gibson has been tremendous on both ends of the floor for [program_tooltip program_id='2387159' first='Southern' last='Ties'] in PRO16 competition. The 6'3" guard has extremely long arms and uses them to both block and impact shots as a perimeter defender. Gibson is also an outstanding transition athlete that looks to get out and run the wing. He has made a living at working ahead of the defense and beating teams back for easy buckets. Johnson can finish well above the rim, using either hand effectively.
