And even though he's on BCRI's second team, the 6-foot-2 guard has a really solid offensive skillset and feel. He can make shots from three—whether he's on the move or in standstill situations—but he also does a good job taking contact and finishing through it in the paint. He makes simple, on-target passes and has an impressive motor, which will help him get looked at by some of the higher level D3 programs. Seyfried is definitely a D3 player, but based on his recent improvements, I could see the higher level D3 schools getting involved, especially if he continues to follow the same trajectory.

Millward exudes high level D3 basketball. He's 6-foot-4 and long (so he appears bigger than that), but he has guard skills and can do lots of different things on the floor. He's an impressive movement shooter and was super efficient from long-range this past weekend, but he can also drive closeouts effectively and take contact at the hoop when opponents overplay his shot. His size and strength allows him to guard a wide variety of players, and he has a good compete level at all times. Millward probably has his sights set on scholarship hoops (who doesn't?), but he seems like a perfect fit for the high D3 level.

Noel is huge (and continuing to get bigger) but hasn't lost a shred of his shooting ability. He gets off shots extremely quickly and with excellent accuracy, and he makes them off the move and off the dribble. What impressed me most from this weekend, though, was Noel's willingness to mix it up on the inside and finish in the paint—he looks like he's getting stronger and more comfortable in his body, and that'll pay dividends in terms of his ability to use his physical tools and compete with bigs. Noel could certainly play scholarship ball if he gets stronger and more athletic as time goes on, but I bet the high level D3 schools will be on him early and wouldn't be shocked if he ended up there.

I really enjoy the way Lysik plays and think he has what it takes to play high level D3 hoops despite his lack of size for the forward position. The 6-foot-4 forward is super strong and tough with the ball, and I love the unselfishness he plays with from the post and at the elbow/top of the key. He has excellent passing vision, so he's able to be an offensive hub and get his teammates backdoor cuts and open threes consistently. Lysik's lack of size will throw off some high level D3 coaches, but he competes hard and is super tough, so I think he can get it done. Improvements to his outside shooting and handle would be big for those hopes.

I love Baither's game so much. He's not playing on one of the highest level Magic teams, but he shows out whenever I watch him play, whether it be during AAU or the high school season. The 6-foot guard looks like he's meant to dribble the rock and be a point guard. He has a jumpy-ness and rhythm to the way that handles the ball, and he makes live-dribble one-handed passes in his sleep, so he's a major threat in the pick and roll. He defends his behind off, has great competitiveness, and rises to the big moment, too. Baither isn't playing the highest level basketball at Bancroft, but he puts up incredible numbers, so high level D3 programs should take notice.

Zarzycki shoots the lights out. Even though everybody in the gym knows he's looking to shoot, he still finds a way to get shots off and make them at a high clip. He can shoot with deep range, and he makes shots off the move and with heavy contests—even after a rough first half, he's still firing. The 6-foot-3 junior won't necessarily wow you with big-time athletic ability, but he's quick enough to drive closeouts and his shooting ability stretches the defense quite a bit. Zarzycki is one of the better shooters in the region and should get high D3 looks as a result.

I'm always extremely impressed by Ford's athleticism and versatility. The 6-foot-4 wing/forward can defend literally anyone because of his lateral quickness, strength, toughness, and active hands. He'll guard point guards effectively but can also bang with bigs in the paint, and he'll rebound his behind off. Offensively, he doesn't shoot from the perimeter too often but is an extremely smart passer and strikes me as someone who can fit into most offensive systems with his IQ and feel. I don't know what Ford's recruitment looks like, but he should play a meaningful role on Phillips Exeter next season and should get high level D3 looks.
