Great Lakes Finals: Teddy’s 2028 Guard Evals

The 6'0" guard has a solid ability to score from all three levels. That includes a C&amp;S triple and a baseline floater. Effective with his ball-handling and found several creative ways to score in the games early stages. He was incredibly productive driving the lane against Michigan's Academy UA Rise Squad which included a posterizing dunk in the games early stages. He continued to stay active attacking the rim. Going back-and-forward in an exciting matchup against an another player on Michigan UA Academy team. Layup package is strong. Will be interested to see how his shooting develops. He's one of the more explosive prospects in his class and he made it easy getting to the rim. Adding that off with a bit of creativity with his layup package. But I clap can't ignore the bounce. Getting up for a pair of dunks offensively while also swatting a shot out of bounds on the other end. Solid size for a point guard at 6'2" that MM's and LM's should take a look at. He's a 6'2" point guard that pushes the tempo in transition. Displaying very solid vision in the open floor to get guys involved as a playmaker. He also displayed confidence with his midrange and 3-pt shooting. Showing he can greater his own shot and work well off the catch-and-shoot. Quick to close players out on the perimeter defensively. Showed plenty of promise with his ability to stretch on the perimeter. Has a very confident, smooth jump shot with a quick release.
