Khimere Irving - Net Nation (17U) - Irving attacks the rack with a purpose. He's got an incredibly quick first step and has some shiftiness as well. Which helps him elude defenders on his way to the basket. I also like how fearless he is, and he'll make tough finishes through contact. His aggressive play style also helps him get to the line, where he can tally on extra points. As a defender, he uses his speed to cut off guards. And he will poke the ball away if his matchup doesn't protect the rock. Expect him to continue to turn heads with Net Nation this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2840763' first='Vinny' last='Owens'] - [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] National (16U) - I was a fan of the way [player_tooltip player_id='2840763' first='Vinny' last='Owens'] played on Saturday. He was both a scorer and distributor for Breakaway. Using his instincts and shooting to score when given too much room to operate. He also utilizes his court vision to set up his teammates for quality looks, and will dish it off if his fellow shooters are open in the corners or on the wing. On the other end of the court, Owens marks his man well and doesn't give them much breathing room. All in all, he's quite skilled and he's an unselfish prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id='3651421' first='[player_tooltip player_id='2894776' first='Devin' last='']' last='[player_tooltip player_id='2873209' first='Powell' last='']'] - [program_tooltip program_id='2078374' first='Full' last='Package'] White (17U) - [player_tooltip player_id='3651421' first='[player_tooltip player_id='2894776' first='Devin' last='']' last='[player_tooltip player_id='2873209' first='Powell' last='']'] sticks out thanks to his downhill driving skills and shooting. He has a great feel for how defenders are playing him, and he gets in the paint fairly easily when he finds a hole. From there he can finish amongst forwards and does a nice job of locating the cup. He also doesn't need to be told twice to let it go from 3 point land, and could've also been listed in my “Lights Out Shooters” article with the way he was pouring in a shots on Saturday. Considering his scoring prowess and demeanor, he'll be a guard worth monitoring in the coming months. And he appears to be a guard that can keep expanding his game.

Cayden Voosters - Wisconsin Blizzard (17U) - Cayden Voosters is a gritty guard who is a playmaker on both ends of the court for the Wisconsin Blizzard. On offense, he has the burst to burn his matchup and will dish it out to his teammates if the defense collapses in on him. He's also got a 3 point shot in his bag, so you have to respect him when he's open on the perimeter. On defense, he's capable of causing turnovers. And will push the pace to help his team create fast break opportunities. Overall, he plays to win and I'm a fan of how competitive he is.

Elias Losey - Michigan Jayhawks (16U) - Elias Losey is a hard nosed prospect that brings real intensity to the table for his team. He is able to get a bucket on offense thanks to his toughness and athleticism. And will put opponents on their heels if he catches them slightly out of position. He is also a solid defender, and doesn't give up ground easily. Making his matchup truly work when they try and get around him. With his scrappiness and speed, he's a guard that teams need to account for.

[player_tooltip player_id='3580807' first='Anthony' last='Tyler'] - Breakaway National (16U) - [player_tooltip player_id='3580807' first='Anthony' last='Tyler'] is a prospect who makes notable contributions regularly. He can score from all 3 levels on offense, and is a willing passer as well. On top of that he's a solid ball handler and protects the rock if he's getting pressured. When it comes to his defense, he sticks to his assignment and can make deflections or come up with steals. Beyond his skill, he stays locked in and it's evident that he has a high basketball IQ.

Jonathan Dockery - 2 Face Elite (17U) - Jonathan Dockery impressed with his athleticism, scoring, and facilitating on Saturday morning during 2 Face Elite's 8 AM game. You would have never known how early it was with how he got after it. Using his acceleration abilities and deception to get to where he wanted to go on the offensive end. The defense had help ready too, but he still found ways to fill it up and get his teammates open for clean looks. Dockery also performed at a high level on the defensive end. Making opposing guards uncomfortable with his active hands and lateral quickness. If you're a college coach, keep an eye out for him.
