Owens settled in more this past weekend at the national level. Helped his team with a hard earned Friday night OT victory by scoring in double figures and even getting on the glass. Was more decisive and confident off the dribble than in he was in Memphis. Including a great two foot stop and score in the previously mentioned overtime. That was his best game of the weekend, but he still had promising moments throughout the four games. It was good to see the prolific scorer at the high school level start to find more of his usual swagger in Kansas City. And going against the speed and athleticism of the 16U level should make Oklahoma feel slow for a player who already can score with the best of them in Oklahoma.

Bryant highlighted his weekend in Kansas City by catching a body with a transition slam on Sunday. It was an impressive moment athleticism and power from the Arkansas guard. Along with his eye popping dunk, he was more locked in and active on defense. While providing timely three point shooting and all around scoring. Has a smoothness to his game when attacking off the dribble, with a good mid-range jumper. Or can snake his way all the way to the rim. There's signs of big time scoring DNA for one of Arkansas' top guards.

A big body, long armed youngster who is only starting to scratch the surface of his potential. Was active around the rim with putbacks and blocks. As he continues to ratchet up his motor, he could be a true terror on the block. While also having the athleticism and the promise of shooting ability to be an outside threat. With versatility being a key aspect of basketball, Witherspoon is sure to be a high valued recruit as he continues to develop.

Wilson is proving to be a stat sheet stuff with LEGYNDs' EYCL squad. Finished Kansas City on a high note a scorer, while also consistently getting on the glass, playing tough defense and handing out assists. Has the feel of an ultimate team first glue guy, which should appeal to college coaches. But don't sleep on his ability to get buckets as the focal point of a new look Owasso squad. In fact, it might do him some good to be more assertive as a scorer.

Nash ran with Texas based Pro Skills over the weekend and had double figure scoring production in three games. Plays with the chip on the shoulder needed for smaller guards to thrive in the game of giants. Has a good bag of tricks with his handles, and is equally likely to score or set up his teammates. The chance to play a weekend against high level competition should serve him well as he looks to lead one of the top favorites in Class 5A, East Central.

The unsigned 2026 is running with LEGYNDS' EYCL squad. His performance netted him an offer from a top tier JuCo, Iowa Western. He's an athletic and acrobatic finisher around the rim. Capable of bringing down the house with oops and dunks when given a lane. While also breaking out a skillful layup package in traffic. The Edmond Santa Fe grad has made a huge leap over the last 18 months and he should be a priority target for the right JuCO or developmental minded 4 year program. Especially because he as a combination of size and athleticism that simply can't be taught.
