Keenan is going to be one hell of a player at the next level one day. He stands at 6'4 with a fundamental shooting stroke from any distance on the floor. To my understanding, this is someone that basically was a catch and shoot jump shooter for his Freshman season on Varsity but tonight he showed his full arsenal on the offensive side of the ball. He posted smaller matchups, going to his patented spin move baseline for tough buckets. He hit shots from the midrange of the dribble, while also lining up several baskets from deep off the catch. Defensively, his size and athletic ability is good enough to matchup with most positions other than a true Center. He has quick reaction times and steady movement with his feet so he definitely knows how to hold his own. If I had to give an MVP of the game, it would be to Keenan tonight.

It's really early but I have a feeling that Brennan Lepper is going to get the nickname, "Baby Joker," before the end of his high school career because of his ability to pass, handle, and score at 6'8. There were several moments in this contest where Lepper made solid passes up the floor to his guards for transition buckets. Within the half court they fed him in the middle of the floor out of the post and he used that combination of size and passing to cause some chaos. When you look at his game on both ends of the floor, there is a lot to like. If Murray Elite 15U can continue to make him the center piece that all their offensive action runs through, they are going to have a lot of success moving into the future.

If you are looking for a PG that can lead, make the right play each time, and who is proven under pressure then you should look at [player_tooltip player_id='2852491' first='Lucas' last='Larson'] of Hudson High School and [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']. Larson really got things under control tonight when things first tipped off and that helped their group settle in for the rest of the game. He made some shots early, smart plays that got his teammates involved, and he never game up on a play, no matter what was going on.

Hayden Hackney gave Murray Elite some live during this battle when their team was having some offensive lows per se. There were some moments when Murray Elite just couldn't get some shots to go and when that happened, Hackney stepped up and made some things happen so that they could stay within an arms reach down the stretch. This is a prospect with length and a sneaky athletic ability. Off the rip he gets to the hoop FAST and he know how to finish in and around contact. All in all, Hackney is going to grow into one heck of a player as a PG. He has some Tate Peterson in him and if you know who that is referring too, than you know how much of a compliment that truly is.

You can tell that Kaden Abbott is ready to let the rock fly as soon as he steps on the floor. It's not necessarily the only thing he can do as a quick guard but when his shot is falling, it looks real nice and everything else in his game plays off of that ability. We saw Abbott show up multiple times within this contest on both sides of the rock. He was a steady defender that wasn't afraid to use his body and he made smart plays when it was given to him offensively. He never forced unneeded action and he made some shots down the stretch, which is really all you can ask for from a coaching perspective.
