#111) [player_tooltip player_id='2898040' first='Tyson' last='Harper'] | 6'0” PG | King's Fork

Harper had a monster season for King's Fork leading them to a 20-5 record and earning All Region honors, as he put up some big time numbers and emerged as one of the top guards in the 757. He's a quick and shifty guard off the bounce who can break down defenders using ball screens or in isolation, he can create space and make tough shots or get to the rim and finish over bigger defenders, he can make shots from deep off the catch and off the bounce, and he sets the tone defensively with his ability to pressure the ball too.

#118) [player_tooltip player_id='3571360' first='Anderson' last='Allen'] | 5'9” PG | Peninsula Catholic

Allen was a breakout player for PC this season, working as a reliable secondary ball handler and scorer and will likely be the go-to guy for them next season too. While he's only 5'9” he has what you like in a small guard as he has a great first step and good speed in transition to get by defenders, he can shoot it from deep with good range, he is a savvy playmaker who sees the floor, and he's an absolute pest on the defensive end too.

#130) [player_tooltip player_id='2898043' first='Melvin' last='Wofford Jr.'] | 5'10” PG | King's Fork

Wofford was Harper's running mate in the backcourt for King's Fork this year, and if it wasn't one it was the other who could absolutely torch you on a nightly basis. Wofford is an absolute bucket getter who uses his speed and quickness to get by point of attack defenders and touch the paint to break down the defense, he scores it from all over with terrific footwork to create space and make tough shots, he is an athletic and tough finisher both in transition and when he gets downhill, and when defenses start to hone in on him he's a capable and willing passer too.

#135) [player_tooltip player_id='2815376' first='Noah' last='Cannon'] | 6'3” CG | Nansemond River

Cannon is a big and skilled guard who can create mismatches with his ability to play and guard multiple positions, but his size and ability to play both guard positions is what should intrigue coaches moving forward. The 6'3” lefty can rise up and knock down contested shots from deep and in the midrange, he gets to the rim and knows how to use his body to finish through contact, he can work off the ball to get open and reads screens well, and he's a good rebounder and defender for his position too.

#137) [player_tooltip player_id='3571375' first='Corrin' last='Buckingham'] | 6'0” PG | Oscar Smith

Buckingham was part of a very deep backcourt at Oscar Smith that was one of the best in the 757 this year, and he was a big reason they were all happy as he was one of the best playmakers in the area. He's got great end-to-end speed in transition and a great first step to get by defenders and break down the defense, he sees rotations well and can deliver a variety of passes with both hands, and his quickness and instincts help him defensively as he's a terrific point of attack and on ball defender.

#155) [player_tooltip player_id='2571592' first='Milo' last='Boze'] | 5'10” PG | Catholic

Boze was part of a very talented backcourt at Catholic this season, and he not only knows his role but he fits it perfectly which helped them a lot this season. The 5'10” guard is a high IQ player with great fundamentals who doesn't turn it over very often, he is very good at getting them into sets and works well in ball screens and drive-and-kicks, and he can knock down open shots to keep the defense honest as well.
