When it comes to pure bucket getters in the Southwest Indiana Class of 2028, not many have gotten off to the start that WeDifferent 812 16u/Evansville Bosse guard [player_tooltip player_id='2766818' first='Dontae' last='Barnes'] has this spring. The 6'1” Guard is constantly in attack mode and has shown the ability to score it from all three levels. He's a game changer on both ends of the floor with his length and athleticism and should continue to have a strong spring and summer getting him ready to step into a big role going into his junior season.

The confident lead guard has shown that he can impact winning without having to score. He's a talented floor general that plays at his own pace and doesn't get sped up. He pushes the tempo well and has excellent court vision. He operates the pick and roll with poise making good decisions balancing scoring for himself and creating looks for teammates. Also one of the better on-ball defenders in the area that can hold his own against anyone.

The most dominant player in Southwest Indiana, [player_tooltip player_id='2617833' first='Ishmael' last='Kiteka'] has continued his strong play following his dominant sophomore campaign at Cloverdale. The high potential big man is improving at a massive rate. He's a mobile big that impacts the game on both ends. Elite shot blocker in the state of Indiana that owns the glass. Reliable jump hook over his left shoulder with a soft touch while his jump shot has improving range out to the three-point line.

The 6'6” big man from Evansville Mater Dei/Hoop Club 2028 shot a lot of his time ring the high school season on the JV, but has developed into a legit double-double threat every time he steps on the floor. Physical big man that owns the paint on both ends. A rebounding machine with an insane motor. Defensively, he alters and blocks at a high clip while showing he can run the floor and be a finisher in the paint in transition.

Arguably the best guard in Southwest Indiana, Quinton Voltz plays with so much confidence and impacts the game in so many ways. The smooth 6'2” guard makes it look easy on the offensive end. Not the quickest or most athletic player but gets to his spots and creates scoring opportunities for himself as well as for his teammates at a high level. Continues to learn how to play more on the ball in the point guard role and is excelling as any point guard I've seen in the early spring.

The seemingly unknown big man out of Tecumseh/Indiana Elite-Southwest has taken much needed steps of improvement since the start of last high school season. At 6'6”, he's a wide body forward that has the potential to be able to control the paint and he's done just that to start the AAU season averaging close to a double-double with points and rebound. Good footwork with a soft touch on his jump hook over his left shoulder. Has also shown the ability to step out and knock down the 3 off the catch. Still a young prospect with tons of potential working to be a difference maker going into his junior season.
