<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2832983' first='Brycen' last='Bowie'], Cleveland</strong>: Except for the state championship game when Cleveland's entire offense struggled against Volcano Vista's relentless defense, Bowie enjoyed a sensation season for the Storm. He's one of the top 3-point shooters in the state. Against Sandia in the semifinals, he scored 11 points, hit a pair of triples and dished out 3 assists.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2306013' first='Malakhi' last='David'], Hobbs</strong>: The 6-foot-8 David emerged as one of the top players in southern New Mexico this past season as he led the Eagles to the district championship and a quarterfinals appearance in the 5A state tournament. Averaged 14.0 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.0 blocks per game. He should continue to be a dominant presence close to the basket in 2026-27.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2216708' first='Michael' last='Marr'], Robertson</strong>: Few players jumped as high up the rankings as Marr, who led Robertson to the Class 3A state championship game with his scoring, passing and dazzling ballhandling. He quadrupled his scoring average from 2024-25 by averaging 21.1 points, 3.5 assists and 3.2 steals per game. He was brilliant in the state tournament, scoring 26 points with 4 assists and steals in the quarterfinals against Tularosa. He scored 16 points with 4 rebounds and 6 assists in the state championship game against St. Michaels' rugged defense. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2306016' first='Rashaud' last='Morris'], Atrisco Heritage</strong>: After averaging close to 13 points per games as a sophomore in 2024-25, Morris nearly doubled his scoring output in 2025-26. He was the state's top scorer at 24.2 points per game and buried about three 3-pointers per game for the Jaguars. His season total of 653 points puts him close to the magical 1,000 career point plateau when the 2026-27 season begins.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2217079' first='Charlie' last='Wills'], Eldorado</strong>: Wills did everything he could to will Eldorado to the 5A state tournament, averaging almost 18 points per game and shooting over 50 percent in district play. He earned First-Team All-District honors. Wills has continued the momentum he built during the regular season by excelling for ABC Spotlight in the early stages of the spring/summer AAU circuit.</p>
