The 2027 guard is averaging just under 18 points per game in district competition, and his perimeter shooting has been a major weapon for Eldorado’s offense.

Wills has shown the ability to stretch the floor, knock down shots off the catch, and create space off the dribble. What stands out most is his confidence. He is not hesitant in big moments and has embraced the responsibility of being a primary scoring option. His recent surge earned him his first collegiate offer from New Mexico Highlands University, a significant milestone that reflects his steady growth.

As district play wraps up, Wills’ shooting and scoring punch will be critical to Eldorado’s postseason push.

Wills delivered one of the most efficient performances of the early season in a matchup against Chaparral. Wills finished with 17 points, 5 assists, and 5 rebounds while shooting 6 for 8 from the field, showcasing his ability to score without forcing the action. He did an excellent job creating quality looks for teammates by reading the defense and making the right pass at the right time. Defensively, Wills stayed engaged, competed on every possession, and helped set the tone with his effort. His performance reflected a high level of composure and understanding of how to impact the game beyond just scoring.

Wills controlled the offensive flow against Atrisco and was a problem for defenders at all three levels of the floor. He finished with 23 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists on 8 of 14 shooting. He showed the ability to score off the dribble, hit from the perimeter, and finish through contact inside. Beyond the scoring, Wills did a great job keeping his teammates engaged and involved, making the right reads and moving the ball when help defenders collapsed. His leadership and composure stood out as much as his shot making, especially in key moments where someone had to settle the offense and keep things organized.

Charlie has a first step that can take any defender off the dribble. His quick twitch makes it difficult to stay in front of him. You can tell Wills spent plenty of time in the gym this offseason because he operates down the floor as if he has the ball on strings. His jump shot is very consistent and his range is limitless. Charlie showcased his ability to be a great facilitator on his team this season. Not only was he getting his own buckets, he made each of his teammates better every time they stepped on the floor with him. Charlie has now been ranked inside of the top 25 for his class.
