Large Schools Close it Down at Final Four this Weekend

Vashon and Logan-Rogersville have been on a collision course ever since the brackets came out. They meet in a big semifinal showdown. Vashon is seeking its sixth consecutive state championship. The newcomer to the group is Clayton, which is making its first Final Four appearance in 51 years. They will face a DeSmet team that won a state title in Class 5 two years ago with a multiple players from that team still around. These two teams met for the state championship in 2013 with Rockhurst winning. Cardinal Ritter is back in the Final Four looking for its fifth state championship in the past eight years while Blue Springs South comes to the Final Four with its outstanding group of guards.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
