He knocked down shots all around the perimeter and made the defense pay when given space. Operated well in the midrange, pulling up over the help defense with a quick right-hand floater efficiently. Has a knack for scoring the ball without forcing too much offense. Stays ready to shoot at all times which made him deadly from the arc this weekend. Showed he can knock down the jumper consistently. Liked the way he stepped up big in clutch situations. Not afraid of the moment and showcased his loaded arsenal of offensive tools. Gets himself open or to the free-throw line most times when in attack mode. He showed great touch and confidence around the rim. If he missed his shot he was right back up to grab the rebound and put it back in. Alex also starred on the defensive side of the ball, tracking layups down and sending shots back. Dominated the glass on both ends while he was on the floor. Most effective when decisive with the ball, looking to attack the rim. Creates a lot of defensive attention due to his ability to get inside the paint. He was able to fill it up offensively from deep and from the midrange and paint alike.
