Johnson arrived at Oak Hill midseason, but it didn't take long to see the impact and long-term potential he brings. The freshman possesses elite size, length, and athleticism for his age, paired with an advanced offensive skill set. He is a true three-level scorer who plays with confidence and poise, capable of creating his own offense and producing in multiple ways. With his physical tools and developing skill, Johnson has tremendous upside and projects as a high-level prospect moving forward.     The freshman played a key role in helping Petersburg capture a state title this season, and it likely won't be the last championship in Bacot's high school career. A combo guard with good size and strength, he pairs his physical tools with a very high basketball IQ and advanced feel for the game. Bacot sees the floor like a much more experienced player, making him a strong facilitator, but he is also capable of being an effective scorer from both the perimeter and at the rim. His blend of vision, skill, and maturity gives him significant long-term upside.     Hunter is a very intriguing combo forward with high-level size and athleticism that immediately stands out. At this stage, he is most effective attacking the rim, using his physical tools and explosiveness to finish and create pressure on the defense. He has shown flashes of a developing perimeter skill set, which adds to his long-term upside. Defensively, he has the versatility to guard multiple positions, and with continued skill development, Hunter possesses as much potential as any prospect in the 2029 class.     Probably the most productive member of the state's 2029 class at this stage of his career, Ragland used his strength, skill, toughness, and basketball IQ to help lead Highland School to an MPSC Championship. The freshman is a versatile scorer who can produce from anywhere on the floor—comfortable posting on the block, attacking off the dribble from the perimeter, and knocking down open shots from beyond the arc. He rebounds at a high rate and competes defensively, bringing a physical, winning presence that stands out for his age.     The freshman lead guard for the Titans checks all the boxes of a future collegiate point guard. He plays with toughness and poise, is a reliable decision maker, and consistently controls the tempo of the game. Winiarski is a creative finisher in the paint and pairs that with a quick, efficient release from the perimeter, making him a scoring threat at multiple levels. With his feel, skill set, and leadership traits, expect him to emerge as one of the state's top point guard prospects in the 2029 class.
