County and conference tournaments have come to a close, meaning teams brought home hardware this weekend. Some prospects had major performances as they helped propel their teams to victory. Here are the standouts from the finals this weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='2763472' first='Juan' last='Sanchez'], 5'7 PG Trenton 2026

Sanchez tied [player_tooltip player_id='2201945' first='Andrew' last='Kretkowski'] for the highest point total of any scorer at the finals as he scored 32 points in the CVC final. The 5'7 guard used his quick burst to blow by his defender and finished nicely around the rim. Sanchez was also able to score in the mid-range and played off the ball at times as well. He worked hard on the defensive end and pushed the pace well in transition. Sanchez has the ability to put up points in bunches, which he should do during the course of the state tournament.

[player_tooltip player_id='2428329' first='Tommy' last='Denvir'], 6'3 SG/PG Delaware Valley 2027

Denvir poured in 30 points in the H/W/S final as Delaware Valley took home its first county title. The 6'3 guard showed off a good release on his jumper and knocked down multiple jumpers from behind the arc. Denvir moved well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open jumpers and layups in the half court. He got deflections on the defensive end and worked hard on the glass. Denvir is a sharpshooting guard prospect who should continue to torch the nets from distance over the next couple of days.

[player_tooltip player_id='2344528' first='Jahmal' last='Dixon'], 6'0 CG Gill St. Bernard's 2027

Dixon showed off his versatility in the Somerset County Tournament final as he had a near triple-double with 24 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists. The 6'0 guard used his handle to get into the lane and finished well around the basket. Dixon threaded passes to his open teammates in the half court and pushed the pace well in transition. He ripped down rebounds on both ends of the floor and slid his feet on the defensive end. Dixon is a crafty guard prospect who should continue to make plays with the ball in his hands during the state tournament.

[player_tooltip player_id='1729825' first='Trey' last='Lewis'], 6'3 CG Roselle Catholic 2026

Lewis came up clutch for the Lions in the Union County Tournament final as he scored the game-winning layup at the buzzer. The 6'3 guard was aggressive all game as he attacked the basket with a purpose and was unafraid of drawing contact around the rim. Lewis played with composure down the stretch as he was unafraid of taking big shots down the stretch and wasn't rattled by on-ball pressure. He made plays on the defensive end and showed the ability to make an impact off the ball as well. Lewis has come up with clutch performances for Roselle Catholic over the last two seasons and should continue to do so during the state tournament.

[player_tooltip player_id='2405359' first='Toussaint' last='Malukila'], 7'0 C Paul VI 2028

Malukila was dominant in the Camden County Tournament final as he had 19 points, 10 rebounds and six blocks. The 7'0 center swatted almost everything around the rim as he used his combination of timing and length to influence shots in the paint. Malukila showed a soft touch around the rim and was able to draw contact in the post. He was a force on the boards and was able to to make good passes out of the post. Malukila is one of the top post prospects in the Garden State and should put his game on full display during the state tournament.
