The film shows everything.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In <strong>THE FILM DOES NOT LIE</strong>, Prep Hoops Dakotas dove into the Hudl tape and film on YouTube. We studied nine South Dakota ballers in depth. Most of the names featured are from West River, but we sprinkled in a few hoopers from the east side of the state as well. Clip by clip, we broke down what truly translates, and made notes of what caught our eye.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>It's easy to get caught up in points per game or a viral moment. But when you slow it down, the truth rises to the surface. Who makes the right read? Who defends with purpose? Who plays with pace, toughness, and awareness? How impressive are the skills?</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>For each player, we put together eight detailed bullet points — notes, observations, tendencies, strengths, and overall impact. This isn't about hype. It's about habits.
