He played well last season, but we expect him to take on a new role this season and be the MAN for the Rangers. Messick is an impressive athlete with eye-catching mobility. Quick is a cat and a playmaker in transition. Zane can also drill the triple and he works hard on defense.

Messick is small, but he’s crazy athletic, explosive, and bouncy. He only plays fast and does so his entirety on the court. One of top few most athletic guards in the state, in my opinion. He’s aggressive as a shooter and relentless attacker of the hoop.

Another Hill City guard, Messick is one of the most explosive and bouncy small guards in the state. He’s highly explosive with the ball in the open and taking it at the hoop. He plays off the ball with Buehler handling the ball for Hill City, but can bring the ball up himself and operate as well. He’s all gas out on the court and lays it all on the line, diving for loose balls and getting on the floor. He’s looking to pull from three and is aggressive from there. He can make highlight reel passes for dimes. Twitchy athlete that is well conditioned.
