The best example of this came when he high pointed a defensive board, pushed the tempo and pitched a crosscourt pass to a teammate for a corner three. Wheeler has been overlooked and that's a mistake. Should be a priority target for regional JuCO programs, as he's a shifty guard with burst, who makes things happen.

Pogi didn't have to get out of cruise control in the Sabercart's opening playoff win. In the final minute, he grabbed a contested rebound. He proceeded to calmly drain a pair of free throws that would effectively ice the game for Mount Saint Mary. Buckingham is only a few weeks removed from surgery and early on it looked there was some rust from his time off. In the second half he was the one who led the comeback charge. Closed the third with a flurry and made similar plays to start the fourth. Finally got a three to fall late in the third. While mixing in hard nosed, tough scoring around the rim. Even force a big five second count during the fourth quarter. He missed a couple good looks in overtime, which is sure to spur the tough guard to bounce back next week in the Area consolation bracket.
