The Roadrunners flipped the script in the 2nd half as they were down by 11+ points and ended up pulling away and winning 57-36.

All the stats are unofficial.

[player_tooltip player_id='1986796' first='Peyton' last='Lubash'] San Tan Charter (Pictured left)

The star of the game took it over in the second half with deep threes off the pull or step backs, quick drives in traffic with advanced body control and he is very fast on the break. He collected a bunch of steals and was diming his teammates with drive and kicks and perfectly executed pick and roll needle threaders. He finished with 19 points and multiple steals and assists.

[player_tooltip player_id='2297437' first='Dylan' last='Vargas'] San Tan Charter (Pictured right)

A hyper athletic power forward can play from inside and out. He will occasionally step out to the perimeter and can play with his back to the basket. He will score with hook shots with either hand, rip thrus and floaters. He tracks the ball off the glass well and will block shots. He finished with 10 points and 7+ rebounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='2387517' first='Jachin' last='Reynolds'] San Tan Charter

A long and lean power forward gives them elite minutes off the bench. He brings a high motor and his activity in the game was off the charts. He will score it with mid-range jumpers, offensive rebound put backs but truly makes his money with his defense. He alters or blocks shots, collects steals moving laterally impressively and rebounds the ball at a good clip. He scored 10 points with 7 rebounds 4 steals and 2 blocks.

[player_tooltip player_id='2559538' first='Notorious' last='Street'] San Tan Charter

A defensive point guard makes it difficult to score on him. He is very strong and he can uniquely defend other point guards and also defend wings and bigger forwards. The lefty will score with threes off the catch and floaters after a quick burst. He collects steals and rebounds well for a guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='2750689' first='Bryce' last='Whiting'] San Tan Charter

One of the only underclassmen who play for the top ranked team had a good showing. He handles ball pressure well and he can make plays plus score. He will blow by his defenders with either hand and hit the three off the catch. He rebounds well and scored 5 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='1676630' first='Kristo' last='Jackson'] San Tan Charter

A tough two-way shooting guard can defend and play multiple positions. He rebounds well and will score with the floater game, off balanced shots in the lane and mid-range pull-ups off the dribble. He finished with 6 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='1986797' first='Jase' last='Benjamin'] San Tan Charter

A stronger framed wing is slowly getting his legs underneath him. He will score with attacking the basket on the break but was almost a decoy and just moving the ball and defending. He grabs tough inside rebounds, blocks shots and collects steals. He had 5+ rebounds and 2 blocks.

[player_tooltip player_id='2337138' first='Jadd' last='Agha'] Phoenix Country Day

A bigger forward has one of the quickest shooting releases in the entire AIA. He gets the ball off of his hands in a blink of an eye before the defense can close out. He will rattle in triples one by one effortlessly and he is showing more fight to rebound and even block shots. He scored 15 points with five made 3's.

[player_tooltip player_id='1490238' first='JD' last='Jones'] Phoenix Country Day

A strong point forward type loves getting downhill with his dominant right hand. He will use a quicker burst to the basket and takes contact exceptionally well with his frame. He will rip thru and rebounds and block shots plus sees the court well. He had 13 points with multiple rebounds and assists.

[player_tooltip player_id='1746200' first='Hunter' last='Sansone'] Phoenix Country Day

A long wing forward is a little undersized but has great length on defense and will get deflections and grab rebounds. He will score with downhill takes, get to the free throw line and mid-range pull-ups. He was a nice compliment piece for the Eagles.
