Here's a closer look at some of the most undervalued 2026 prospects across Northern Virginia who college programs should be tracking closely.    Belachew is the type of player who can quietly fill up a stat sheet for the Wolves, impacting the game in multiple areas beyond just scoring. He brings good strength and physicality to the perimeter, allowing him to play through contact and hold his own defensively. Offensively, he can serve as a secondary ball handler and playmaker, making sound reads and helping initiate offense when needed.   He has a strong feel for the game and consistently makes the right play within the flow of the offense. His versatility, toughness, and basketball IQ make him a valuable two-way contributor with continued upside.     A Second Team All-Regional selection, Hetzel put together a strong season, averaging 11.0 points and 4.3 rebounds per game while serving as a steady frontcourt presence. A hard-playing, mobile combo forward, he brings energy and toughness to both ends of the floor. Most of his scoring comes in the paint, where he finishes through contact, moves well without the ball, and capitalizes on second-chance opportunities. When run off the line, Conrad can attack with straight-line drives, using his length and body control to finish or draw help. He also moves well without the basketball, cutting with purpose and relocating to create clean scoring opportunities within the flow of the offense. His combination of size, shooting touch, and off-ball activity makes him a dependable and efficient wing contributor.     Lyons has put together an impressive season, averaging 13.3 points per game while earning First Team All-District honors. He pairs good strength with quickness, allowing him to create separation off the dribble and absorb contact when attacking the rim. From the perimeter, he has been especially effective, knocking down over 50 three-point field goals this season and consistently stretching the defense with his shooting range.   Beyond his scoring production, Lyons competes with confidence and plays with a physical edge that shows up on both ends of the floor. His blend of strength, quickness, and perimeter shot making makes him a difficult matchup and a proven offensive weapon.
