Hitting Triples

Baseball season is almost here, so the title seemed appropriate. But we're still in hoops season and we're talking about connecting on 3 pointers. We're going to look at some prospects that have had big games from beyond the arc.    I saw Parmentier drain 3's in a grassroots game years ago, so this comes as no surprise. He recently dropped 32 points and the game winner against game Plymouth Christian. Parmentier connected on 7 triples in the contest, showing that his 3 point shot can be a game changer.     Bledsoe and his Loy Norrix team defeated BC Lakeview by a score of 81-49. He dropped a game high 27 points, with his jumper doing the damage. Bledsoe broke the single game school record with a jaw dropping 9 triples. When Bledsoe gets hot, this Loy Norrix team is even more dangerous.     France is a new name to my pages, but he was the talk of the town in a 92-69 Burton Bentley win against Atherton. France went off on the offensive end, putting up a total of 32 points in the game. He hit 8 triples, meaning that 24 of those points came from beyond the arc.       [player_tooltip player_id='1588081' first='Jaxson' last='Francis'] has been hitting 3's for a long time now. This is sort of a cumulative mention. He crossed the 1000 point marker in a 75-58 win against Pinckney last night. Francis becomes just the fifth player in school history to reach that mark. He scored 35 points in the game, with the jumper from beyond the arc accounting for some of that total.     Powers 91 Davison 75   It seems like Caldwell always connects on a few triples every game. He was at it again in a recent 91-75 win against Davison. Caldwell finished the game with 28 points while hitting 5 triples. He added 6 rebounds and 4 assists for good measure.
