The Wewoka Tigers have been one of the biggest turnarounds from 8-17 to now 20-6 and potentially only two wins from the Class 2A State Tournament. The addition of Piza from Holdenville was a key part of their turnaround. He's a 1,000 point scorer for his career with the clutch gene. In a win over fellow ranked Class 2A Preston, it was Piza who scored the game winning points. Along with clutch fourth scoring in an early season win over 4A Broken Bow. Has impressed with his shot making ability, with a bit of a microwave type scorer ability. Especially as he can catch fire from deep.

A regular double double threat and rim protector for his Class B squad. Since an opening season loss to Dover, Hellman and the Chiefs have ran off 25 straight victories. And now are only one win away from their first State Tournament appearance since 1974. While his DNA is that of a workhorse around the rim, he's worked hard on his all around game. Is a good passer. With outlet passes, passing out of the short roll, and other moments of being the offensive hub. Along with post ups and putbacks, he can also face up and attack out of the high post. Super productive senior, who's looking to cap off his high school career with a trip to OKC to open the new Coliseum.

A lanky floor spacing threat, Bursiaga has a silky shot for a player of his height. And he's mobile and agile when ran off the line, capable of putting it on the deck to attack the rim with confidence. Ripley ended last week with a tough loss, but still have a lifeline to reach the State Tournament. Needing to win three straight games in three days this week in Area at Enid. With Bursiaga's height advantage and ability to stretch the floor, he'll be difference maker in this crucial stretch.

One of the purer shooters in the class. Taylor has gone off against quality foes this season, including recently making 7 against 3A contenders Crooked Oak. In that contest, the lefty showed he has near logo range when pulling up in transition. Impressively that's not even his most made three pointers in a game this season. Against CHA in the Little Axe Tournament, he went for 32 points, including 9 three pointers. Taylor's shooting propelled the Leopards to a 14-0 start, and the 8th ranking in Class 3A. And also earning them a manageable Area. On Saturday, they'll go for the Regional title against Kingston.

Westfahl recently went over 1,500 points for his career. He has a strong frame, which as he matures should make him a bruiser in a college level weight room. Already looks comfortable shooting it from around then college line, with his legs generating good power. One of Chisholm's recent wins came over 2A contenders, OCA and Westfahl went for 34 points. Including five triples. Unfortunately, Chisholm was upset on Tuesday night. Meaning they'll have to run the gauntlet in Class 3A Area IV, needing to win five straight games to reach State.

A four year starter for the Ironheads, James led Eufaula to a 22-3 regular season record. Which included a signature win over top 5 Class 3A team Kellyville. In that game, James had a team high 18 points. Can get his in a variety of ways, runs hard in transition. Is capable of deeper threes too. Even with their strong regular season, James and Eufaula have a tough playoff path after being upset last night by Tahlequah Sequoyah. The gauntlet of needing 5 straight wins in the consolation bracket makes for some of the most exciting basketball in Oklahoma.
