Derrick scored 16 points in the opening eight minutes along with two assists. Roberson's only competition for game MVP was teammate [player_tooltip player_id='1296308' first='Reid' last='Conley']. Together they crushed the hosting Wildcats. Joel picked up two fouls in the game's first 8 minutes. What Bulis gives the team is largely irreplaceable. He defends the rim ferociously. He rebounds at an elite level for 2A. He allows [player_tooltip player_id='2238576' first='Derrick' last='Roberson'] to leak out on the break where he gets most of his points. If Bulis sits, then Roberson must stick around and rebound. Webb is a shifty dribbler and used his creativity to He struggled, as did all of his teammates, playing defense against the quick Sentinels. Sophomore Webb entered Tuesday averaging over 22 points per game. Not at all frightening of frame, Webb scores and scores plenty. He leads Polk County in ppg.
