McKie showed increasing flashes last season as the year progressed, shining in a condensed role off the bench, but has stepped forward in a huge way as a sophomore while solidifying his place in the top 5 of our rankings. Previously more of an energy-based glue guy, McKie has emerged as an offensive focal point, stretching the limits of his scoring and shot-creation abilities while still maintaining the two-way activity that first put him on the radar. He's developed into a dangerous shooter off the catch with dynamic length and explosive leaping ability. His natural instincts for being around the ball combined with his physical tools, bloodlines, and quickly-expanding skillset make for an appealing recipe at the high-major level down the line.

It was against Judge last year that Harris had his breakout, coming in off the bench for Imhotep Charter to score 10 third-quarter points to help beat the Crusaders for a District 12 title. Having since transferred to the Catholic League champs, Harris has had flashes of brilliance this year as a microwave scorer off the bench. He's able to heat up in a hurry with a potent jump shot, showing a versatile release and feathery touch from all over the floor. Growing into his frame at a rapid rate, he's still in the process of getting comfortable in his body and rounding out his game, but the ceiling is through the roof for the 15-year-old swingman.

Powell was waiting in the wings last year while playing primarily a JV role, but has broken out in a big way as a sophomore while sliding seamlessly into the varsity starting lineup. The dynamic two-way guard has emerged as a consistent threat for the Vikings, using a blistering first step and dexterous handle to blow past defenders and apply pressure on the rim. He's able to whip passes on the move with either hand and is a highlight waiting to happen with his explosive finishing ability. With continued growth as a perimeter shooter and a further increase in his role moving forward, Powell has a chance to emerge onto mid-to-high major radars as soon as this coming summer.

One of the league's most productive freshman a year ago, Stevens has carried impact right over to his sophomore year while helping the Crusaders to their first PCL victories in over five years. Stevens thrives on the strength of his IQ and versatility, with a cerebral approach and the skillset to punish a wide variety of matchups from various spots on the floor. He shows advanced ball skills for his size with natural passing ability that shines through consistently. His body looks to be leaner than this time last year and he may have even tacked on an added inch or two. While his game doesn't always lend to highlights, the 15-year-old's versatile production at his age bodes well for his long-term translation at the D1 level.

Among the bigger breakout stars in the league, Lewis has stepped up from the relative obscurity of the JV ranks into a valuable go-to scorer on a competitive varsity team. The leading scorer in PCL play for an LC team that's won its first pair of league games in a half-decade, Lewis shows an appealing two-way skillset on the perimeter. A Neumann-Goretti transfer, he has promising natural ball skills for his size, attacking with pace to either side of the floor. He's able to use his height to score or make passing reads over smaller defenders while also showing the ability to move his feet on the defensive end and show length to help keep the ball in front. Consistency will be the next step in Lewis' development, but it's been made clear this winter that he's a D1 talent.
