Guidry is a 6'7, 210 pound athlete with an unlimited amount of potential. On the production side, he is 20 and 10 every night and will give you some blocks for defensive presence. He runs the floor, intimidates at the rim and finishes with authority. His handle is consistent for a player his size, and he can shoot the mid range. His game continues to develop, but his production this season makes him one of the most interesting next level prospects in the 2027 class for all those reasons. Coaches looking for a rim running big with traditional big man skills, and modern day big man potential need to stop and check out Guidry.

Bunnery appears to have grown into his 6'7 frame and plays a simple, but high IQ game. His game is without mistakes and built on efficiency. If he gets the ball in the post he will finish. If there is a chance to rebound, he wins the ball. He does not demand a lot of touches, but requires attention because he can punish your team for quick mistakes. He can play the 4 or the 5, and be a match up problem at both, and on both sides of the ball. Long, athletic and active, Bunnery is one of the best post players in the state.

Nordan is new to the platform, but after watching him play a few games it is time to acknowledge his next level potential. The traditional big man has a simple job, but it requires a tough demeanor. Nordan has that and more. He has the size, footwork and good hands to play with a savvy point guard. He trolls the paint to intimidate guards, and keeps his head up for entry passes in one on one situations or pick and roll actions. Coaches looking for a traditional big with a high upside could find a hidden gem in Nordan at Sterlington high school.

Brazile is a work horse around the goal and lives to compete in the lane. He is a quick jumper and active post player that I have honestly not seen outworked in a game. He is a rim running finisher and team anchor on both sides of the ball. St. Aug is skilled in each position, and his ability to defend in pick and roll situations on one end, and then punish in pick and roll situations demonstrate his basketball IQ which is a clear indicator of his next level potential. Brazile will play college basketball, and coaches looking for size and motor need to look no further.

Durant is kind of a tweener in size, but by position and play he is a post guy. His production as an underclassman on one of the top teams in the state is impressive. He is consistently productive, but his game is built on pace and poise, but there is a brutish aspect that gets him through against bigger players. Against Ferriday, the defense gave him space to shoot, and he proceeded to knock down mid range shot after mid range shot. Durant has the size to play in the post, but the skill to step out and shoot making him difficult to figure out and a stock riser in his class.
