The Hoop Vibe hosted its second annual Battle 4 SWFL tournament this past weekend at the Evangelical Christian School, and there was some tremendous talent on display for this one day event. Teams from both Lee and Collier county went head to head, and some exciting basketball was played, so let's now take a look at some of the individual prospects who really stood out this past Saturday.

The new addition for the Lions, Bass-Bonner, shinned in this some of his first action with FBA. The 6'8" junior scored a game-high 22 points en route to a 40 point win over Fort Myers. This 4-star prospect has a ton of talent and can score from anywhere on the court. His size and strength allow him to be a force down low, and he has tremendous leaping ability where he can finish high above the rim, but I was most impressed with his shot and touch from outside, which he shoots at a very high rate.

Vetor put on quite a show in the second game of the day. The 5'10" sophomore scored a season-high 30 points and also recorded a tournament record 9 threes. He is a well rounded 2-way player who seems to always contribute in a number of ways. Vetor can obviously shoot the 3-ball well, but is also very efficient with his mid-range game, and is a smart, unselfish player who is more interested in wins than numbers. He rebounds the ball very well from the guard position, and is also able to guard multiple positions on D.

Carter's brother and CSN's PG, [player_tooltip player_id='2522828' first='Cole' last='Vetor'], decided to get in on the three-point parade a little himself, adding 5 of his own in the Seahawks victory. He finished with 19 points on the day, and did a little bit of everything in this one. The 5'10" sophomore has an excellent basketball IQ and plays the game with poise and confidence. He seems to put up big numbers night in and night out, but is not out there forcing things, he lets the game come to him, and has tremendous court vision as he's always looking to get his teammates involved.

The young captain for the Wildcats, Rycenga, came out hot in the second half and helped propel Estero to the win. The 6'3" CG has good size and length and is very active on defense with his long arms, where he looks to get his hands in the passing lane and force turnovers. He's a quick player who excels in the transition game and is also a very good rebounder from the guard position. Rycenga is a 3-level scorer who likes to attack the basket, and finished with a game-high 12 points in the win over Golden Gate.

Graham was a force down low for Gulf Coast this past weekend. His size and length seemed to be too much for Oasis as he dominated on the glass and finished with a game-high 16 points. The 6'10" sophomore was having his way offensively, but was also a huge factor on defense with his shot blocking and altering capabilities. He plays well in the post and has a soft touch, and will be a prospect to monitor as he grows into his frame and continues to develop his game.
