Sheldon Block Party: Prospect Spotlight Newcomers

He's a thick body with decent handles, he dealt with ball pressure brining the ball up court. He used behind the back, and crossovers trying to get by defenders. His big body can handle contact, he made a few dump off passes after driving into the paint. It was our first look at the newcomer from Manteca. He has good fundamentals, doesn't force things, plays within the flow of the offense. He's an aware defender, active, always moving/helping off ball, he gets out on shooters. He's an excellent shooter with the range to knock down 3's, and mid-range jumpers with lift. He made good cuts to the basket, can handle at times driving into the paint, he makes the long pass up court. He showed his shot making abilities throughout the game spotting up for 3-3's. He has speed, and good ball handling using quickness, and crossovers for pull up mid-ranges. He showed hustle getting back on defense for a block, and distracting shooters.
