Promise For The New Year – Freshman

Newburg is poised and confident beyond his years and he has shown that he can shoot and score at the varsity level. His game is pretty well rounded for a freshman as well. He plays on a team with multiple elite or top notch perimeter talents and he STILL makes his presence felt. He's looks really good shooting off the catch. Conn can definitely shoot the basketball, but I really like his guard skills. He will be a player to keep an eye on this calendar year. Bland can be electric with the ball in his hands. To be a nightly points and rebounds double-double threat as a freshman is pretty miraculous.
