Sam has a tight handle, not only able to beat his man off the dribble and get to his desired spot routinely, but also able to handle intense ball pressure. Conn stepped up in any role asked of him — if he needed to be a ball handler, he was there, and if he needed to knock one down from deep, he delivered.

The Grosse Pointe South guard is an exciting freshman guard that I look forward to having an eye on. Conn can definitely shoot the basketball, but I really like his guard skills. He can swing the ball with accuracy with 1 hand and can attack the block in transition and make good open floor passes.
