The Muskegon guard has proven that he’s more than varsity ready as a freshman and is a must see talent in the class. He plays on a team with multiple elite or top notch perimeter talents and he STILL makes his presence felt. He’s looks really good shooting off the catch. Lambers is a willing passer and defender as well.

There might be a book of reviews about Lambers by the time it’s all said and done. This is a young man that seems to understand and enjoy the work involved in being great. Lambers is an athletic shooter that sees and gets to space. He’s a playmaker and finisher at the rim.

Lambers turned a lot of heads in Grand Rapids. He showed that he could score from all over the floor. I saw Lambers hit a pull up wing triple, then later bury a DEEP wing 3. He also connected on a pretty baseline mid range jumper. Lambers had a knack for finding space around the rim and was able to turn that into a bucket. He was engaged on defense as well, talking and letting his teammates know where he was going.
