McGowan converted on five three pointers in his game high 23 points in a lop-sided victory on Tuesday. He also showed that he can put the ball on the deck. McGowan is an assertive passer who has a nice pulse on the game. If his feet are set there is a high chance he is converting. I would like to see him get quicker I think he plays too much in slow motion. He can play on or off the basketball and has a nose for finding ways to stay relevant in the game. I like how he is able to anticipate the game on the fly and always seems to find ways to collect steals on defense. He is effective running the floor in transition and gets rewarded with scoring opportunities. He finds ways to get into the paint on the attack and can convert easy chances inside.
