SG Roman Henry (Sioux City West)

Henry is putting together the most statistically impressive freshman season that I can remember, averaging 25.1 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 3.4 steals per game on 58-37-83 shooting splits for the Wolverines. A 6-3/6-4 wing who can score from all three levels, he has been sensational on both ends of the floor, using his size, length, and athleticism to his advantage. A confident shooter who does a great job using the threat of his shot to open up his dribble-drive, it's hard to put into words just how great he has been.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='2918369' first='Kaden' last='Gomez'] (Kennedy)

A strong, tough 6-0 guard who can play wit or without the ball in his hands, Gomez is averaging 9.5 points and shooting just under 45% from the 3-point line early in his career for the Cougars. He and classmate Drew McKowen look to be the next in the line of talented, tough Kennedy guards to come through the school.

PG Pernell Grover Jr. (Waterloo West)

Grover is small, listed at 5-8, but he has great footwork, a quick release, and unlimited range, which is what helps him get his shot off over bigger defenders from the 3-point line. He's shooting 52% from 3-point range en route to 11.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. He's a talented ball-handler and shot creator who also moves really well without the ball in his hands.

PG Sentrell Gray (Davenport West)

An athletic 5-11 guard who likes to play downhill and attack the rim, Gray is averaging 8.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 2.0 steals per game for the Falcons, ranking second on the team in scoring and assists. He'll need to continue to develop his jumper and extend his range with some consistency, but his speed, handles, and vision are valuable attributes.

PG Damian Segovia (Marshalltown)

Another small but talented lead guard in the 2029 class, Segovia is listed at 5-7 but has made a huge impact for the Bobcats, averaging 6.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.0 steals per game. He's a good ball-handler who can create shots for himself and his teammates, and he has shot it well from the 3-point line early on (43.8%), showing the ability to do so off both the dribble and the catch.
