[player_tooltip player_id='1172887' first='Tevin' last='Schultz'] had a great game both in the paint and behind the arc. For starters, he was an extremely effective post scorer. His use of his solid frame really stood out, as he was able to bump defenders and shield them off with his strength, creating optimal angles for post hooks. His footwork was also great down on the block. He showed an ability to spin in either direction and create openings for himself with fluid and decisive moves. He was great at fighting for position in the post as well. He routinely got post-ups right next to the rim, and he was great at sealing defenders, creating open looks deep in the paint. He was also very physical as a driver, and he sent many defenders to the floor while exploding towards the rim, where he showed his ability to finish through contact. His midrange scoring was also very impressive, and he showcased a nice floater. Even with his efficient scoring down low, Tevin was even more impressive from outside. He hit 4 threes in this game and hit them at an extremely high clip. He hit most of these threes off the pick and pop, where he displayed his great and fast shooting mechanics, which made him a constant threat from behind the arc. His versatility as a scorer allowed him to rack up fouls in this game. And as a defender, he was great in the post and showed great strength and physicality.

[player_tooltip player_id='1765516' first='Marach' last='Dau'] was a game changer in the paint on both sides of the ball. He was absolutely elite on the defensive end. As a help-side rim protector, he consistently deterred opponents from taking shots just due to his presence. That's because he blocked many shots in this game with his elite vertical athleticism and freakish length. And in general, he kept his opponents out of the paint with his great help and post defense. Marach showed himself to be a very disciplined and smart defender. He always stayed vertical and avoided biting on fakes, staying down and forcing heavily contested shots, while also being great at drawing charges with his high IQ and spatial awareness. His fluidity and footwork on the defensive end stood out as well. He was able to switch on to multiple different matchups and move stride for stride with smaller opponents. No matter who he was matched up on, he made sure to make their life as difficult as possible. He was elite on both sides of the glass, bringing down many rebounds in this game with hustle and high vertical. His offensive impact was great. He scored in the post with his great footwork and touch. He drew many fouls in this game because of this and hit a three off the catch, showing his ability to stretch the floor. And his most impressive play of the day was when he took flight and tomahawked a dunk over and through a defender for an and-1. If that doesn't scream elite athleticism, I don't know what does.

[player_tooltip player_id='1765536' first='Cooper' last='Porter'] did about everything you want your lead guard to do in this game. His playmaking and initiation of the offense really stood out to me. He showed himself to be a smooth operator that conducts the offense at a high level. And he was great as a reliable ball handler that handled ball pressure with calmness and kept the ball out of harm's way. He read his team's offensive actions very well and was great at finding his teammates for open shots. His post entry passes were elite and allowed his big men to go to work in the paint. And in general, Cooper was elite at making decisive moves and getting downhill, which created many advantages for his offense, and he was great at making quick reads and making the defense pay. Cooper was great as a three-point shooter in this game as well. He displayed a very compact and fast release that allowed him to drain shots from downtown and get defenders to bite on his pump fakes. He was also a very energetic defender on the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='3255125' first='Brandon' last='Johnson'] dominated the offensive glass in this game like it was nobody's business. He scored at least 5 buckets in this game off of his own offensive put-backs alone. And he was just absolutely elite at parking himself under the basket and fighting with his strong frame. It really felt like Brandon got at least a finger on every missed shot in this game. His activity on the glass was relentless, and his hustle and energy were unmatched. He flashed an ability to finish through contact and bump defenders off of him. His physicality was very evident in his drives to the rim, and he was elite as a roll man in this game, finishing many plays for the offense. He exerted all of this energy on the glass and was still an extremely effective defender as well. He got in the gaps for steals and locked up his matchup consistently with his strength and solid frame.

[player_tooltip player_id='2868557' first='Kuach' last='Kuach'] flashed his elite burst as a driver in this game. Kuach displayed an ability to leave his defender in the dust consistently in this game. He routinely got by his matchup and finished layups around the rim at extremely high speeds. As a driver, his bend and flexibility were his other defining characteristics. He was elite at getting low to the ground and creating angles to the rim by driving into his defender and bending around them with elite balance and body control. He also showcased a really clean off-the-catch three-point jumper that he used to space the floor. And he was a super engaged defender that caused problems for opponents with his length, and he collected steals.
