Receiving a bump of more than 20 spots in this version of the rankings, Bey-Moore has acquitted himself well to the rigors of Catholic League play while functioning as Roman's sole presence on the interior. A Philly native who transferred home this year from Prince George's Christian (MD), he's thrived by using his size, heft, and deceptive athleticism as a two-way enforcer near the rim. He sticks to his bread and butter, scoring off deep seals or offensive rebounds while focusing on cleaning the glass as well as protecting the rim on the defensive end. Recently rewarded with his first D2 offer from Holy Family, Bey-Moore should be a priority for programs at that level down the stretch of his senior year.

One of the more productive wing forwards in Western PA, Perkins has been playing the best basketball of his career as of late. Perkins has pushed his average up north of 20 points per game while leading McKeesport to an 8-6 record so far this season and recently scoring his 1,000th point in the process. He's known for his versatility, operating all over the floor as somewhat of a point forward, with a blend of size, lean strength, and athleticism to thrive across the positional spectrum. Perkins was rewarded with more than a 20-spot jump in this update to the rankings and should be prioritized by programs at the scholarship level.

The tools have always been there for Ross, a strikingly long and nimble rim-running forward. He's made significant strides this winter in terms of parlaying his physical gifts into consistent production, thus earning a bump of more than 30 spots into the top 100 of our rankings. Ross, who plays for his dad at Downingtown West, has been effective for the Whippets as a two-way presence near the basket. He capitalizes on scrap points offensively with quick jumps as a finisher, but really stands out with his impact as a rebounder and rim-protector thanks to his energy and next-level length. Ross profiles as a potential priority for small-college coaches with a chance to catch eyes at the scholarship level over the rest of his season or particularly should he elect for a post-grad year.

Possibly the biggest riser in the entire ranking, Davis jumped almost 200 spots while enjoying a productive senior season that has Penn Wood off to a 14-3 start. A versatile forward, he's formed an effective 1-2 punch with fellow senior [player_tooltip player_id='3151613' first='Malik' last='Edwards'] in the frontcourt. Davis thrives facing the basket in the halfcourt, where he can rise up to stick the midrange jumper or put the ball on the deck to attack the rim for strong finishes using either hand. Still a bit under the radar even locally, he profiles as a hidden gem with tools to translate sooner rather than later at the small-college level.

After getting his feet wet in the PCL last year as a transfer via St. Mark's (DE), Scott was largely out of sight and out of mind during an injury-riddled spring and summer. He's enjoyed a nice bounceback so far during his senior year, being named as a regular starter for the first time and thriving as the lone true frontcourt piece in an otherwise guard-heavy Bonner attack that has the Friars in the thick of the PCL race. A long and fluid southpaw, Scott is an inside-out forward with a good deal of versatility on either end of the floor. He's started adding some good strength to his frame while also spacing the floor as a spotup shooting threat from the perimeter. A large swath of small-college programs would benefit from his services, as his play so far this winter has earned him a bump of more than 40 spots in the rankings.

Jumping nearly 100 spots in this edition of the ranking, Perez is on the upswing while showing he can translate his considerable two-way tools into more consistent production. Perez has seen a nice uptick in his offensive output, averaging nearly 15 points per game following the departure of all-state guard Jerry Johnson Jr. to the prep ranks. He thrives thanks to his mobility and vertical explosiveness while flashing some intrigue with his ball skills and passing ability on the offensive end. His defense figures to be his calling card at the next level, as he's a valuable rim protector who also shows the mobility to comfortably switch out onto the perimeter and keep the ball in front. It will take a bit to add strength onto his frame, but small-college programs should nonetheless be prioritizing him as he comes down the final stretch of his high school career.
