The Kings Classic: Colorado Destination Team Spotlight

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This past Saturday, I took a trip to the Kings Classic Tournament at the Temple Training Center in Houston, Texas. Multiple teams from out of state attended the showcase and the competition was high level and fierce, but one team stood out to me above the rest. Colorado Destination Academy is a well-coached and well-rounded group of players who went 2-0 on Saturday afternoon and made an impact on me in both games I watched. White can score from all three levels and is a threat anytime the ball is in his hands. He is effective downhill in transition and can pick up full court when his team needs a stop. He plays aggressive and physical defense on the perimeter and ran his lanes effectively on fastbreaks. He can score either off the dribble or attacking the basket. He came in and let his game do the talking, scoring on multiple open jumpers and he also has good court vision and awareness with the ball in his hands.
