Grandview had the edge on Lakewood for much of the game, but Langum kept fighting and put together a really solid game in the loss. He showed good touch from different levels, knocking in some threes, hitting a few around the elbow, and then working with a strong base to attack the hoop. He finished with 16 points and showed some impressive effort throughout the game.

Aranda was the Zillah offense in the opening quarter. He dropped in a couple of threes, found gaps to attack to the hoop, and was poised when help stepped up, using footwork to step around, or getting into shot-blockers' bodies to get some separation at the rim. He also found De Graaf with a beautiful alley-oop feed late in the game.

Gonzalez is a strong player who really kept Eisenhower in the game for the first half. He was able to get to his strong hand and be a physical driver and finisher for a lot of the game, finishing with 23 points. He had multiple finishes through fouls, worked hard to reel in some offensive boards, and showed some good footwork on the break to weave through a few defenders and finish at the rim. He's been putting together some big games this season and is a riser in the 2028 class.

Tait had a huge impact around the rim for the Vikings, starting with a big two-hand dunk and continuing to put in work on the glass, racking up second-chance points. Whether it was staying active on the offensive glass or being ready for dump-offs and passes behind and over the defense, Tait found a lot of opportunities in close and made them count.
