The Capital City Shootout got underway in Bismarck, the Dale Brown Classic took over Minot, and the Granite City Classic rolled into its second day in St. Cloud, making it a dream day for basketball fans.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Prep Hoops Dakotas watched games from Minot and St. Cloud and came away with plenty to note.
