Brown is now a member of the class of 2027 and he's really turning the corner in his development as he's gotten stronger and more confident in his overall game. Brown is a very active big man with long arms and well rounded athleticism. He can get out and guard perimeter players extremely well for his size, and now has made the progress with his frame to deal with bruisers on the interior. Brown runs the floor hard on the offensive end, making himself available for dump offs and lobs. He does such a good job altering and blocking shots at the rim, and that is really what his calling card is as a prospect. I fully expect his recruitment to pick up serious steam with how valued his skillset is at the next level.

Moore is a supremely gifted athlete that does an incredible job closing out on jump shooters and probably blocked at least four beyond the arc attempts over the course of two games in the Outer Banks this weekend. Moore showed the ability to make outside shots and be a reliable option on cuts to the basket. There is still a lot of refinement in his offensive game and can get over aggressive from time to time defensively but his motor never stops running and he's refining his skillset quickly. Moore has quickly established himself as one of Greenfield's most important players this season and should continue to make major strides in his game. A major part of that is his ability to hold it down as Greenfield's primary rim protector.

Kosi does such an incredible job for this Blue Ridge team defensively and his biggest improvement has been the ability to guard without fouling. He can hold his own on switches much better than before and his hands have improved allowing him to catch in traffic and finish around the rim with relative ease. Mgbejiofor is a guy that will be a real commodity late in the recruiting process assuming he can continue this level of play. As Blue Ridge embarks on their championship dreams, Kosi will be a vital piece to this team reaching their ultimate goal. He is their de facto "head of security" at the rim!

Lunda had a really good weekend for New Wave and despite being raw in some areas he is an incredibly effective player. He's simply a presence in the paint, he can sway the opposition's willingness to attack the paint simply by being in the game. Lunda is an active rebounder on both backboards and very mobile for his size. He can play through contact and hold his own when the play gets physical. Lunda should continue to work and refine his coordination and catching mechanics but for a kid with this much size at this age, he will be just fine, especially if he goes 2027 like he's been thinking about.

Nicholson continues to establish himself as one of the best bigs in NC regardless of class and he's starting to adjust to the speed of the game now that he's dealing with better competition. Nicholson is a mobile and versatile big that is starting to show some outside touch in his game as well. Nicholson's flashes will become consistency as he gets more and more time playing this kind of basketball. He is a real anchor for this TBS defense and did a nice job showcasing that this weekend. Expect TBS to navigate the rest of their schedule so they can peak at the right time with Nicholson as a major piece in the NCISAA 2A Title Push.
