Jamison White (East St Louis): The 6'8" 2026 Penn State recruit was a dominant force in the Flyers' victory over 21st Century with game highs of 28 points and 16 rebounds. He was dominating in all facets of the game. He used his size to have his way in the paint with his scoring and rebounding. He also stepped out and knocked down 3-pointers and he got out in the open court to throw down slam dunks in transition. He was also blocking shots on the defensive end.

[player_tooltip player_id='2346155' first='Jordan' last='Boyd'] (DeSmet): The 6'4" 2026 Northern Iowa scored a game-high 22 points to lead the Spartans to a convincing victory over Chicago Mt. Carmel. He is a tremendous all-purpose player who can have a big impact on the game whether he is scoring or not. He is a tough finisher in the paint and he can also shoot it from 3-point range. He was very active on the boards at both ends. He is also a switchable defender who guards multiple positions very well. He was also diving on the floor for loose balls to get extra possessions.

EJ Hazelett (Kankakee): A 6'7" 2026 Indiana State recruit who earned Player of the Game honors after scoring 17 points in his team's victory over Vashon. He set the tone early in the game when he grabbed a rebound in traffic and rose up and dunked the ball. The talented lefty was a workhorse performer who scored tough buckets through traffic and scoured the glass for rebounds. He also was a good secondary ball handler who knocked down a 3-pointer from the top of the key. Indiana State got a real steal in this one.

Lincoln Williams (Kankakee): The 6'7" 2026 forward scored 14 points in the victory over Vashon. His scoring ability was just a small part of what this talented forward did during the contest. In addition to being the best athlete on the floor, he took over a lot of the ball handling responsibilities against Vashon's relentless pressure defense. He is a smooth finisher on his slashing drives and his pull up game from the mid-range is very smooth. He also sealed the game in the closing seconds when he ran the court and slammed home an offensive putback in transition when the game was still in the balance.

Jimmy McKinney Ill (Vashon): The 6'0" 2027 guard scored a game-high 20 points for the Wolverines against Kankakee. He was looking to facilitate and get his teammates involved in the early stages of the game. He really started to warm up in the second half as he asserted himself with his shot making from 3-point range. He scored 15 points after halftime. He was knocking down shots from well beyond the 3-point line. I really like it when he advances the the ball and dribbles into a pull up 3-point shot. He's going with pace but it is smooth and under control.

Alex Johnson (East St Louis): The 6'3" 2026 guard scored 19 points in the Flyers' victory over 21st Century. He is a talented player with strength and athleticism who just shows up and does his job on a consistent basis. He used his strength to score on tough, physical drives in the paint. He was getting buckets with all three levels. He can go in the post and score inside with his footwork and good patience.
