Watching him last season with the Crusaders and on the EYBL circuit you can see the constant development in his game. Last season as a Junior he recorded his 1,000th point while leading Morris Catholic in scoring at 15.7ppg. He's a tall , strong guard with one of the purest jumpers you're going to see. He can knock down shots off the catch and on the move. Plays above the rim in transition and is a lock down defender. He has great elevation when scoring at the basket and finishes through contact. He has a great motor , defensively puts a lot of pressure on the ball and quickly gets out in transition. He is a mismatch issue for most guards. He's tall with long arms and does a great job crashing the offensive glass and scoring in the paint. He is a capable three point shooter but his strong suit is the mid range , getting to the rim and getting put backs. Cayden was top 3 in scoring for North Plainfield last season averaging 10.7ppg as a sophomore.
