PXU Coyote Classic : Day 1 Standouts

Adrian scored from all 3 levels and especially thrived in the midrange. He created great space with step backs and bumping off defenders before rising up and sinking shots. Adrian put his next level vision on display and threw numerous no look dimes that lead to easy buckets. He reads passing lanes well that led to multiple steals. Brayden was hot all game especially from deep. He hit 4 deep threes on the night showing off his stellar range. Brayden showcased great physicality while attacking the rim and finished through contact multiple times. Brayden also hit a couple of midrange fadeaways that looked real smooth. Tristen has some of the best range that i have seen at the high school level. He would knock down six three's on the game. Multiple were made from way beyond the three point line. He handled on ball pressure really well all night. Tristen shows a calmness while playing and does not allow him self to get rattled. He hit five three's on the night with his smooth and quick release. He has great speed and a quick first step to get by defenders. Chase can stop on a dime, pop up and hit the midrange jumper. He has a nice handle on the ball and often creates for him self off the dribble. Cameron is a very hard worker and gritty defender. He battles for every board and is not scared to get physical inside. He put on a shooting display by hitting four three's. He finds windows in the defense and always makes him self available for kick outs. He has a nice shooting stroke and can hit a shot from anywhere on the floor. He has a nice handle for his size that allows him to drive to the bucket. He can be a physical finisher that powers through contact. Owen is a great rebounder that will battle with bigger and more athletic players. He has great court vision that allows him to often find cutters. Owen should get some solid collage interest this year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
