<p>On Saturday November 22, PH NorCal was at Fortune Early High School in Elk Grove, CA. The Fortune Panthers Basketball Showcase featured 10 teams from the Sacramento Area. It was an opportunity to see some our early season prospects, and teams from the area. Here are the standouts we saw on the winning teams</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2960115' first='Braeden' last='Hennelly']: He was the teams leading scorer, 16 at the half, finished with 26pts. He played a good all around game, putting points on the board inside, using jump hooks. He's a triple threat at the high post, seeing the court to find cutters, and shooters around the perimeter. He made a corner 3 late. He rebounds, gives good effort defending inside. </p>

<p>Joaquin Lucero-mattis : He's a strong fast point guard, has leverage, always on the go. He keeps defenders on their heels, pushing and looking in transition. He's a quality ball handler, with speed to split defenders, stays on balance. He's a threat to score from different angles unafraid to challenge bigs in the paint. He sees the court, excellent passer, constantly looking to involve mates. 16pts, 6-8FT's in the fourth quarter.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2094255' first='Kai' last='Bradford']: He's a stock riser. He's a big guard standing 6'4 with quality handles, vision, he's a good passer. He has body control, makes good use of his body protecting the ball, while maneuvering his way into the paint for points, and assist. He can be hard to guard when he gets it going. He has range on the jumper, dropped a 3ptr with a hand in his face, he gets good lift on the mid-range, if he gets to the rim he'll dunk it. He's a rebounding guard. He had 16pts. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='3135647' first='Jordan' last='Boyce']: A newcomer. He's a confident fast in transition, keeps pressure on the defense. He sees the court, will make long passes up, and cross court. He's hard to stay in front of when using his speed, and crossovers to attack the basket. He'll split the traps, find open players. He came up big in the fourth quarter with 8pts, he finished 23pts. He's a disruptive on ball defender.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2089498' first='Michael' last='Kirby'] Jr: He scored 12pts in the first quarter, dropped 2-3ptrs, had 15pts for the game, didn't play too much in the second half. He's a long arm experienced guard. He had good energy, and footspeed defending. He's a rebounding guard, who can push and pass in transition. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1702960' first='Max' last='VanLaningham']: The Long Beach State commit. He's displayed his overall skill set. He's a double double guy at the high school level. He showed off his excellent vision and passing skills, finding mates wherever he set himself up. He's a triple threat when he touches the ball from the high, and mid-post areas. He's comfortable shooting jumpers from short corner jumpers, high post. He did some ball handling, setting the offense in half-court. He continues to grow his game for the college level. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2348565' first='Mason' last='Adimora']: He's been a consistent prospect for a while now. He has good body control, nice scoring package. He's able to get to his spots off the dribble, stay on balance. He can drop a short jumper with a hand in the face, or use his muscle for strong moves going to the rim, or a spin move at times. He has patience around the rim using pump fakes. He seems to spring up with ease off two for dunks under the basket. He rebounds, takes it strong to the basket in transition. 20pts, multiple rebounds. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2415925' first='Khamanni' last='Martin']: He's comfortable putting up 3 point shots whenever the opportunity presents itself, along the perimeter or coming down in transition, he can get into a rhythm. He made four 3's, with one coming at a crucial time in the 4th quarter of a close game. Standing 6'4 he's long, handles are decent, he uses quick dribbles to free himself for 3's. He gets up pretty good going for rebounds, he's a good defender when he locks in.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='3135650' first='CJ' last='Graham']: A newcomer showed off his ability to go high for hang time dunks. He's around 6'4 runs hard to fill lanes hoping to throw one down. He's active on both ends of the court. He used a couple of hard dribble to attack the basket, he'll shoot elbow jumpers. He goes hard defending and going after rebounds. </p>
