Artharee remains in his standing in the top ten with much of the talk around his potential at the college level, specifically surrounding his athleticism and physical body already prepared for the next level. Injuries hampered the off-season for the 6-foot-5 swingman from Gresham, but he played well enough to earn a scholarship offer from in-state NAIA power Oregon Tech and significant interest from other programs.

One of the highest stock risers this summer was Lowenbach, as the 6-foot-9 post's development continued to draw attention. The Crook County senior has earned the nickname of "Baby Jokic" for good reason with his ball skills playing up top, hitting guys cutting to the basket with pinpoint passes or knocking down the open three. He's become a solid D-II level recruit with an offer from Western Oregon and D-Is are sniffing around in the event he waits until the spring to decide.

One of the top high-flyers in the entire senior class, Rygh exudes smoothness with his glides to the hoop and ability to finish above the rim. The 6-foot-5 wing has developed into an elite catch-and-shoot player as well and this summer he expanded on his mid-range game. Rygh has earned an offer from Oregon Tech and significant interest from a number of D-II programs in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference.

One of the few players to already eclipse 1000 career points as a junior, Bridges goes into his senior season at Forest Grove looking to not only pile up points but also further show his point guard skills, something he worked hard on during the off-season. The outside shot of the 6-foot guard has improved and in addition to a roster spot offer from Pacific, Bridges has also garnered additional D-II, D-III, and NAIA interest.

There's plenty of potential with Owens with his length, ability to run the floor, and versatile offensive skills and while he's yet to earn his first offer, the interest from college programs has been steady. The 6-foot-7 forward will get an opportunity to anchor the frontcourt now at Clackamas where this summer he seemed to fit right in with his new teammates.
