Leading off the list of Stock Risers in the new Prep Hoops SC Class of 2028 Rankings is [player_tooltip player_id='2456043' first='Isaiah' last='Addison']. Addison jumped up 10 spots from #31 to #21 this time around, earning praise from several outlets this June and July. Isaiah has exciting positional size and athleticism, and has a very bright future for the Wilson Tigers.

Ebon was one of the biggest standouts at the Prep Hoops SC Top 250 Expo, earning him a solid bump in the September Rankings. Miller has a well-built frame that is capable of banging around in the paint, but he is also a comfortable stretch option who will become more consistent over the next few years.

Frierson is another Palmetto Pride big man who makes this list of stock risers. He made the biggest move of the guys in this group, going from #78 to #40. Kazaveon had a very good camp season, impressing at several events, including the prestigious CP3 Rising Stars National Camp.

Makhi is another Forward on this list with good size. Tyler had an impressive showing at the Prep Hoops Top 250 Expo with impactful defending and production on the glass. He also has some potential on the offensive end with a decent handle and shot.

Rounding out the list of Stock Risers in the new Prep Hoops SC Class of 2028 Rankings is [player_tooltip player_id='2460128' first='Maison' last='Logan']. Logan is far from the finished product right now, but he could be one of the better Wings in the state when his time comes. Maison projects as a 3 & D style wing that already has positional length and more room for growth.
