<p>We're starting to wrap up our small school standout lists as we stay in eastern Kentucky, a region with the highest concentration of “small schools.” That includes Breathitt County, Buckhorn, Cordia, Hazard, Jackson City, Jenkins, June Buchanan, Knott County Central, Lee County, Leslie County, Owsley County and Wolfe County. Just last year, the area featured top-tier players like Breathitt County's Austin Sperry and Hazard's Evin Eversole. This season, the region could once again be among the state's best for small school talent.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2388302' first='Seth' last='Caudill'] is already recognized as one of the 14th Region's premier offensive threats. A true three-level scorer, he can finish around the rim, pull up in the mid-range, and stretch defenses from deep, where he shot 36% last season. Caudill has already surpassed 1,000 career points and averaged 14.4 points per game as a junior while shooting 48% from the field. He's especially dangerous when he gets hot, with the ability to swing momentum in a matter of possessions, and he has shown the poise to deliver in clutch situations. His scoring versatility, consistency, and knack for finding open looks make him a player opponents will have to account for every night.</p>

A strong, versatile guard, he excels getting downhill, finishing at the rim, and knocking down midrange jumpers. With 2,086 career points and a 26.7 scoring average last season, he's proven his efficiency by shooting 40.5% from three and 91.9% from the line, while also showing the ability to create for others. Flinchum's combination of size, skill, and scoring ability will make him a priority for college programs. He already has an offer from Arkansas-Monticello.</p>

When defenders close out, he uses his quickness and strong handle to get by and finish through contact, showing good touch around the rim. Creech also facilitates well, creating opportunities for teammates with smart passing and vision, and he consistently finds ways to exploit defensive gaps. His blend of shooting, ball-handling, and playmaking makes him a constant threat who can adjust to any defensive approach.</p>

He averaged 14.3 points last season while knocking down 80 threes at nearly 39%, often hitting shots even with a hand in his face. Hoskins also has strong hands and quick instincts, allowing him to rack up multiple steals in games. His combination of scoring efficiency and ability to fill the basket quickly makes him a constant threat on the offensive end.</p>
